Our Mission:

To provide compassionate patient support, with understanding and respect of the choice for obtaining medical marijuana. We make every effort to provide this service in a friendly, caring, professional environment. We will at all times endeavor to treat patients courteously and with respect to their individual needs.

Marijuana clearly has medicinal value. There are more than 60 therapeutic compounds in marijuana that are healing agents in medical and herbal treatments. The primary cannabinoid is THC, followed by CBD and CBN.

Different conditions may benefit from different ratios between the cannabinoid and other therapeutic compounds and may vary from patient to patient. Some patients do not respond well to other medications, some prefer a natural health product and some use it as an adjunct to conventional medications. Patient choice is critical.

The most humane and just approach for helping patients with debilitating medical conditions is that we continue and expand the availability of medical marijuana.

Super impressed!

4/ 5

Just saw the Doctor through LB Patient Services last week. The appointment was quick and easy and before the end of the day LB had already sent me a copy of my Medical Document via email. The girls that work there are just sweetest and most understanding. You can tell that they care.

TERRIBLE communication, and very unperfessional.

1/ 5

I as well as many others I know, have had a hell of a time getting hold of anyone in that office. They don’t answer their phones (also screen calls), answer e-mails, and then blame the clients when the mistake/lack of effort on their end happens. When asked for evidence of them sending the needed info (which they did not), the owner yells “you are calling me a liar”…And “You are saying I’m un professional”, when in fact they were. Not to mention a giggle, when I asked if they even sent anything in, after 4-5 months of waiting. They lead me to believe I was waiting on Health Canada. I demanded a refund, and have since found a company that has done more in three days, than they did in a year. I have the company’s name if anyone would like it, and the evidence to back my words up. I have never been treated so rude, and ignored worse in my life, than from anyone else I have ever had to deal with, in any different needed services. I feel they had a monopoly for too long, and felt they can treat their clients, like absolute garbage…The times are a changing, there are plenty of company’s out there, that would be far better off going through. TRUST ME…Save yourself the time, and headaches, and go talk to another company.

Provide supporting medical information of your condition. The information can be provided by your family doctor or health care practitioner that has been responsible for your care.

To expedite your application process obtain your medical documentation prior to your initial contact with our clinic.

Our physician will review your medical information to confirm your eligibility.

Step 4 - Appointment

Step 5 - Selecting a Licensed Producer
Health Canada provides a list of licensed producers.
We assist patients with their choice of producer as well as any paperwork required to register.

Proof of authority to possess marijuana for medical purposes will either be the label on the packaging or a separate document accompanying the shipment of dried marijuana provided by the licensed producer.

Note: Other than in British Columbia, the MMPR only permits the used of dried marijuana. A trial decision in British Columbia has affected how authorized users in that province may consume their marijuana for medical purposes.
