I believe we came to some common ground and understanding. Your order left our warehouse well within our window and was lost in transit. We have very little control as to what happens to those packages once they leave our warehouse, we rely on the carriers to do their job well and efficiently in getting our clients their products. I understand the delays in communication need to be better and we are doing everything we can to hire good quality people to join our team. This has been a task, we are getting there slowly. I would like to clarify that I never have and would never call you a liar. When we first started our conversation, it was extremely heated and things were misunderstood. We had not discussed your growing substrate at all at that time, hydroponics to me are anything that is grown under lights whether it be growing in water or soil. As soon as each part of the order left IGC’S possession they arrived quickly. Nice try blaming the shipping service. The response from IGC proves the lies and what most of the reviews on this page have said. I have had bad experiences with companies before but nothing like this. IGC’S response is insinuating the customer is being unreasonable in this situation. Well the customer lost an entire crop. IGC pushes fast shipping reviews on the website. Tricking passionate growers into ordering products they need to ship fast. Then avoid you, make false promises and top it off with insulting you. I also requested to speak to someone that Elizabeth answers to. I was told she is the top of the ladder. If this was my business I would want to know about and deal with this type of situation. If the owners don’t care why would the staff. The problems start at the top. Dont…just don’t. Terrible customer service. Horrible shipping times! Prices are no better then your local shop. I can’t think of a single good reason to recommend thisnolavr to anyone. Save yourself headaches and hassles and shop elsewhere!

Total scammers!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

FEBRUARY 26/2020 I wish I would of found this review site before I made the dumbass mistake of trusting their reviews on their website.🤪 I made my order 20 days ago, and I haven’t even received half of my product yet, and all that I haven’t received hasn’t even been shipped yet!! I’m still holding out hope that they’ll get it figured out sooner than later, but I’m definitely not holding my breath!!🤞🤞 I spent around $1850 on my order, but apparently timely shipping, and customer service aren’t included in the price!?!?🤮 I’ll keep everybody posted on how this plays out!?!?🤷‍♂️ UPDATE So it is now March 2nd and I am still short approximately $1350 worth of product in an $1850 order, the customer service makes Chinese retailers look like saints!! The communication from them has been super limited and when they do choose to contact you they will act completely innocent and dumbfounded by what’s going on!? These people need to be shutdown for their fraudulent “business” deals!! UPDATE It’s now March 8th(31 days after placing the order) after a single phonecall with IGC customer service which resulted in zero progress with coming to any sort of resolution on the matter I emailed them that I would like to cancel the order and get a refund! The response to the email was that they would refund my visa after I showed proof of shipping back the items I did in fact receive, however after being lied to for 3 weeks now I’m a little hesitant to extend any more trust to these people!! After this sequence of events I feel as though if I follow their instructions I will be left with no product and no refund! I am instead going to reach out to Visa and the Canadian Anti-fraud center to see how I should proceed!? Wish me luck! I will follow this up with another update when I get the situation resolved!?!?

Don't use IGC

My experience began dec 16 with igc when I ordered an led grow tent package. Took 10 days to ship, another week to arrive. When i get my order its incomplete (no tent or led) so i inquire and they tell me both are in transit but can’t give me a tracking number. I decide to contact the led manufacturer myself (spider farmer) they tell me they have received the order and are awaiting payment from the online retailer (igc) 3 weeks after ordering my light. The tent arrives damaged Jan 12. It is now Jan 16 and my light has just shipped. IGC laughably offers me a 5% discount on the light, not my order. This website is terrible and doesn’t deserve my business or yours.

Do not expect a fast shipped product

I made my initial order on Oct. 17th which totaled $40. I bit the bullet and paid the $20 shipping fee (rather exorbitant to say the least) assuming I would receive the order within a few days. Talked to the after 2 weeks as I had no update as to when I would receive the item and they were out of stock…WTF. Asked if I would get any discount as result – that was a laugher on their end. Hope you have a better experience!

I ordered multiple items in a single order with them and one of the items was wrong. They sent me Canna start instead of Cannaboost. They reacted very fast. They told me I could keep the Canna start and they sent me back the cannaboost. I received it in 2 days. Amazing customer service and price.

FRAUDSTERS!

I tried to CANCEL my order soon as I paid for it and they REFUSED to give my money back… I was trying to cancel soon as I realized that it would take 5 days plus to fill a fairly straightforward small order, just enough to get the apparent free fraudulent shipping. I needed the order yesterday as I have a root rotting problem and desperately needed the fix immediately, well it’s been a week and NOTHING! My plants will all be dead before these clowns send my order!!!! Fighting to get my money back, if you order from here u made as well just send me your money! Funny thing is that I would find buy and actually send it to you… I’m done with these CROOKS, I believe that they are a Chinese company that orders your products from China and get it drop shipped to your or there address then if they choose to they might send you your order… DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE FRAUDSTERS. Buyers Beware! They won’t tell you times are back ordered and hold your order hostage

Waiting 10 days or so after I placed my order, still no shipping notification. So I decided to investigate. Was told I had one product on my order that was back ordered (this should have been made clear before even placing the order) and that my package will be shipped next week at the latest. Another week goes by and still nothing, so I make another inquiry and ask to have the back ordered product shipped separately and I am told they can’t do that but they can cancel the back order item and ship the rest, no mention of a refund for that item that’s already been paid for. Yet another week goes by and I begin to become impatient, so I ask if they can simply replace that back ordered item with the cheaper model and have yet to receive a reply. Unless you want to wait a month+ for your package then I highly recommend Amazon or your local hydro store over dealing with these fools

These Guys took my money, I waited over three weeks just to find out they don’t even have the Tent. Now I have 8 plants with no tent to put them… call 3 times to get my money back and still nothing. Called the Credit card company today and having the funds reversed from the Fraud Scam company.

Offered to swap product. Nope. Then tried to return the fert. Suddenly the revised return policy didn’t include liquids. Aha – so screw me because you have my money. ‘Free shipping’ is also a joke on the customer until you checkout and pay more than $100. Service is only a word.

I've had a poor experience with Indoorgrowingcanada.com

I have Spent 1000$+ on a variety of products with indoor growing canada and to say the least I am disappointed with the product quality, customer service, and organization they have shown. Seems like they are always scrambling around just barely doing enough. I have had carbon filter issues that took three weeks to resolve, and LED light issues (my light did not even last 60 days!) that are still on going (two weeks now). I do not recommend IGC and will not be using them in the future.
