Terrible. Decided to try to take advantage of cheap bud and ordered 1.25oz of three different strains. Big mistake. Waited over three weeks for delivery, which they may not be completely at fault due to the pandemic, so I let that slide, although I have never waited more than three business days from my other dispensary (even during the pandemic). Opening the package I was really happy with what I saw, at first glance. They threw in a 1g pre-roll with a branded reusable tube, 1g of premium bud, a 40mg edible and a branded lanyard. Upon opening the air-locked bags containing the bud I had purchased I immediately noticed that most of my order was popcorn buds, no biggie, but it really would have been nice to have a little transparency regarding quality. And then I transferred my bud into jars. That’s when I realized there was an awful lot of shake and a few stem chunks hanging around. Not cool. Smoke was terrible. Being relatively new again to smoking flower (though have relied heavily on edibles for years), I usually smoke about 1.5-2g a day, give or take, however with the bud I received I found I had to smoke over a gram just to catch a small buzz. As they give the impression that they have great customer service, naturally they had already flooded my email every few days asking how my order was, so I decided to contact them. I politely expressed my concerns and confusion towards the excellent reviews on the products I purchased and also provided pictures of the product when asked. The customer service representative (Lily), replied and said that they would apply a credit to my account equal to 30% of my order (approximately $45). While I appreciated the gesture, I wasn’t convinced the quality of product would be any different. They then explained how the price of bud is reflective of their grade (not at all transparent on the site), and that I should buy more expensive products. Again, explaining my concern of if the quality will actually improve regarding shake and stem content, the CSR stopped responding. So I jumped into the free stuff. Yeah, it was pretty good. Do I trust that I won’t get a ton of shake if I order a large amount? Not entirely, so maybe I’ll check out 3.5g of a few different strains and just take the $45. FUNNY THING THAT THEY DIDN’T MENTION: THE $45 IS NOT A CREDIT. IT IS A DISCOUNT CODE TO ONLY BE USED ON ORDERS $150+.
