This article describes how to add your Menu to your business listing with Budhub Canada. It’s important to feature your menu when you consider that 81% of online shoppers use the internet for research before making purchasing decisions. This is a major benefit to cannabis businesses who list with Budhub Canada because potential customers will be able to make more informed decisions and have more confidence before they buy from your business.
There are two options you can use to set up your menu (both accessible in your Dashboard).
Option 1 – Menu (link-able itemized menu)
This option allows you to create your menu item by item with an image, menu categories, and subcategories. You can even link each menu item to the same menu item on your website/online store to help increase conversions from your leads.
Option 2 – Image Menu
This option allows you to upload a .JPG or .PNG version of your menu so users can click on the link to view a popup of the uploaded image file. This option is an easy process, and self explanatory.
Note: you can have both menu types on your listing page if you like.
The menu link is displayed on the right side under the contact details on your business listing page:

How to add your Itemized Menu
Here is a good example of a great low maintenance menu on Budhub Canada – CBD Magic Canada
1) Login to your account so you can access your dashboard.
The link to login is located in the header, top right side.
2) Click on Menu
Once you are in your dashboard, click on “Menu” located on the left side navigation panel. This is where you will work to create your menu.
If it’s your first menu, then you will be presented with the following screen. If you have multiple listings and menus, then they will be displayed instead, and you can select which menu you would like to edit.
Now click on + ADD NEW, and the following screen will open. This is where you add a new menu item and create Menu Types and Menu Groups. Menu Types and Menu Groups must be created first in order to create a menu item, more details on this below.
3) Choose A Listing For The Menu Items
The first thing you need to do when you create a new menu item, is to assign it to your listing. This applies to each menu item you create. Use the drop down box to select your listing for the menu item.
4) Menu Types and Menu Groups Manager
On the right side of the above screen you create these menu “Types” and “Groups” in order to properly file you menu items that makes sense.
A Menu Type is a main category that Menu Groups will be listed under. Your menu items that you create will be listed in your Menu Groups.
For example, if you are creating a flower menu and want to categorize your flowers by type (Indica, Hybrid, Sativa). Then create a Menu Type “FLOWERS” and create 3 Menu Groups (Indica, Hybrid, Sativa).
Here is a live example of how the menu item will appear:
5) Adding Menu Items
Once you created at least one Menu Type and one Menu Group, you will be ready to add a menu item. In the TYPES area, your Menu Types will be displayed there. Select the one you want to work with, then select the Menu Group in the GROUPS area. Once you complete this, the Menu Item details area will appear. This is where you add the details for the menu item you are adding.
