My order has been on hold despite sending out my payment after placing my order, until I received an email notification that it is about to be canceled. I was about to call my bank and file a dispute but good thing customer service is quick and fast and we were able to figure out that I've sent my payment to an old EMT which I used to saved... I have not ordered from PG for a while and I had not known that EMT payment email has been changed as all MOMs do. A simple quick fix of resending the payment is all was needed. My bad as I have skipped the instructions on the order page about the new EMT. But thanks PG anyways for the help!!!
